Made a purchase in June this year, and on my rewards history the purchase and total is shown (purchased with Best Buy credict card), but points total zero for that transaction. When using the web page to request help on missing points, an error pops up, "The information entered doesn't match our records. If the purchase was made in the past few hours, please try again later." Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!
There is nothing to report as "missing" if the purchase is already displayed in your rewards history on BestBuy.com even if zero points are displayed. It could be that the purchase just does not qualify for points. I looked over the order you placed back in June and can see why zero points were awarded. It would appear you applied that order to a promotional financing offer for 6 months. Any portion of a purchase that is applied to a promotional financing offer would not qualify for points. That aspect of the program has been in place since 2013.
While the order you placed may not qualify for points, it should still count towards reaching Elite and Elite Plus status.
