I appear to be missing some rewards certificates I haven't redeemed yet nor have they expired. I currently have a $5 reward certificate but the $10 and $30 appear to be missing completely.

Having a couple certificates seem to go missing would be disconcerting, and frustrating if you're ready to make your purchase but have to track some certificates down. I'm sorry for any worry this may have caused, and I'm glad you've reached out to us to investigate!
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your My Best Buy membership. I was able to locate your $10 and $30 reward certificates, and it appears they were redeemed on an online order of yours from 3/6/17.
