Back in March I received an email offer that read "For this exclusive offer, simply spend $25 in store or online by 04/29/2018, and you'll receive a bonus $10 reward certificate"
I made a purchase on 04/23/2018 that should have met the requirements of the offer, yet still haven't received the $10 rewards certificate.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Participating in a member offer is always a great way to receive extra rewards. The offer I believe you’re referring is pretty awesome, so I’m disappointed to hear it may not have been smoothly fulfilled as expected within a few weeks of qualifying.
