I apologize but the mobile phone that you purchase was not eligible for the promotion, and Best Buy® will not be able to honor the promotional points towards your purchase.

And why is that? That's not what I was told when I ordered it, I qualified by ordering for a smartphone with T-Mobile during the promo period. I have two orders, the first order from 11/7 is eligible. I made sure of it and spoke with "white label" reps to affirm this.

Just called and rep said points will credit within 48 hours, that I did qualify via purchasing an upgraded 24 month contract with a smartphone during the promo period. Do I have to call for my other points too? Seems like you're getting misinformation, Karina
