I am looking online at my account and I noticed my points are low and when I checked the rewards history and saw that that was a $10 certificate issued last year in march that I did not ask for and I see that it is auto issued. I was not even aware that this was the case. I wanted to save my points for when I'm ready to use. Is there a way to get my points back. I dont thing its fair my points are gone from something I didnt ask for and didnt even get to use. Also is there any way to take it off of auto issue. I do not buy electronics that often.

Welcome to the forum! It's wonderful to hear you wished to bank your points to issue certificates when you were ready to use them.
With that said, at the end of every February, tier statuses expire. If your tier status expires and you are converted to our Core tier, you would lose the benefit of banking points. As such, any banked points would be converted to certificates. This is what I suspect happened last year. I apologize if this news causes you any disappointment.
For more information, I would encourage you to review our My Best Buy Tier Expiration FAQ. If you have any other questions, please feel welcome to send me a private message.
