I had a $25 rewards certificate that I was planning on using, however when I go to look at my account I don't see it. Being a long-time Best Buy customer and MyBestBuy member this is very disappointing.

Welcome back to the forum! As a long-time My Best Buy member, I'm sure you were looking forward to redeeming another reward certificate. With that said, as you may know, certificates generally expire after 60 days unless otherwise listed, per our My Best Buy program terms.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your membership. I see that your certificate indeed expired a few days ago. Unfortunately, we're generally unable to reissue expired certificates. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may cause you.
