Missing $10 rewards certificate after Return

Hi! I had used a $10 rewards certificate on an online order and returned it back on 3/2/2017. It is now 3/16/2017 and I still haven't gotten back the $10 rewards certificate yet. Can you please check what is the hold-up?

Welcome to the forum! Generally certificates may take up to 6 business days to be returned. However, it seems you've allowed plenty of time for the certificate to be returned. I'm sorry to hear you may still not be seeing it on your end.
