Missing 10% points

Made a rather large purchase and my account is only showing the 5% back in rewards, not 10%...

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent My Best Buy purchase! It sounds like you may have either had a new My Best Buy credit card or a coupon offer that you used on your recent purchase to receive 10% back. With that said, I'm sorry if the points aren't reflecting as you believe they should. 

Using the details you registered with the forum though, I was sadly unable to locate a membership in your name.
