Manage your rewards not working

I am unable (for the last few weeks) to look at my rewards tab.

 

When I click Rewards => Overview I get sent to the following site

 

Overview

 

however it displays the following:

 

We're Sorry

Rewards information is currently unavailable.

 

and on the main account home tab it says

 

We’re sorry, but this feature is currently unavailable.

Please check back later. You’re still getting points toward Elite or Elite Plus status.

 

When will this be fixed?

I should mention I have tried all three major browsers

 

Edge (42.17134.1.0), Chrome (67.0.3396.79), and FireFox.

Welcome to the forum! Managing your My Best Buy membership online is the best way to keep track of your rewards. Not being able to access this page on BestBuy.com would be pretty strange and frustrating, especially if there's something specific you're looking to check! 

 

At this time we're not aware of any widespread issues with accessing this page, and I wasn't able to recreate your experience on my end either. As such, I would encourage you to sign out of BestBuy.com in all browsers and apps, then clear your browsing data, and try again. If you continue to have trouble, please let me know!

I signed out of bestbuy.com

 

Cleared the browser history for edge, closed the browser, rebooted.

 

Still the same, logging in works, but I cannot access the area of the site to issue certificates.

 


It shows me what appears to be a correct point total, but clicking on the

Manage Your Rewards link does not work it returns a page that simply says

 

<!>    We're Sorry

         Rewards information is currently unavailable.

Thank you for following up! Did you ensure to logout of all sessions in all browsers, not just the one you were signing back into?

Yes, I removed all browsing data from both browsers.

 

To test again, I did the same

 

Clear data from Edge

Clear data for all time from Chrome

 

Neither of the browsers correctly show the page.

I've now tried this on

 

Edge

Chrome

 

On a notebook

 

Edge

Chrome

 

On a desktop

 

and off of my network on my phone and all of them fail to show the page correctly.
