We purchased a new Sony TV, sound bar and out door speakers May 5, 2018. In doign so I opened a new credit card. I received only partial rewards for this purchase. I have talked to customer service 3 times and have been told various answers startign with it will take 5 more business days. Most recently they offered no time line for resolution. I was told there was no one to talk to and nothing I could do to exepidite this.
I am waiting on reward to pruchase a final piece of stereo equiptment.
How can this be resolved ASAP

While regular Best Buy purchases may take 15-20 days to post, Magnolia purchases may take up to 30 days after fulfillment. Your points may be impacted if you made any returns or exchanges of your items.
