Lost (not used) printed ceritficates

I actually work near a Bestbuy...and I printed off my reward certs, and was going to use them after I got off work to buy a router at bestbuy.... but couldnt find them after I stopped shopping..> I am sure I left them in the store, but couldnt find them... so hoping i could reprint them.. I came home and read that they are reprintable if not used..

 

However, though not used,  I show no indication that I can reprint them..

 

 

Two questions:

1.  Can another customer actually use my printed certificates? 

2. If they are not used, why wouldnt they remain on the site in some way but flagged as printed or something.

 

Admittedly the $$ amt was small, but it was 1/5 the cost of the router, it would have helped a lot.

The router actually will be either a linksys one or a apple airport extreme...  leanign toward extreme.

 

Ive changed my preferences so that it goes to a higher $$ amt anyway...kinda wish I could go to $25/30 or even $50 on that.

printed certs show up in the "my reward certificates" section of the myrz.com site. if you didn't use them, and they haven't expired, they should still be there, ready to print again.

and no, another customer can't use them, they have your name on them and they are linked to your RZ account.
