And i've only ever "cashed" out up to 70 dollars worth of certificates. Now I recieve an email informing me I have $800+ in total certificates. Which makes sense, because I used my card for everything.
But now I'm super upset because I've never seen more then the original 70 dollars. Whats going on here? If I had that large of an amount, I would have cashed it out. I was notified of this by the corporate email, and have been on hold for about an hour and a half with no call back. Since they didn't call me back like the original service implied.
How do I fix this?

That would be almost a quarter million dollars...

I think there was a bug in the system that has since been corrected. You should have received an email stating such.
