To qualify for Elite status, a member would need to spend $1,500 on eligible Best Buy purchases within a single calendar year. It can generally take up to 20 days after spending that required amount for a member's status to be upgraded. After a quick review of your account, here is what I found:
1. iPhone 7s - neither purchase would qualify for points or count towards reaching Elite status because you only paid for sales tax. The pre-tax total is what we look at.
2. iPad - it would appear you returned the iPad for a full refund at the end of July. A purchase would not qualify for points or count towards reaching Elite status if a refund was processed.
3. iMac - the purchased was only processed three days ago. It can take up to 20 days for points to officially post. You should see that points are currently pending in your account.
With that all having been said, you should be very close to the required $1,500 once points for the iMac have officially posted. We should know for sure near the end of this month.
