How long for reward refund to credit your account?

I purchased headphones with a reward credit. I returned them on 3/12. The receipt states the 15 reward credit I used will be credited back to my Best Buy account. It's now 3/23 and the credit still has not appeared.

How long is is supposed to take for the refunded credits to appear in my account?

Having a great pair of headphones is crucial! I'm discouraged to hear that your headphones may not have worked out for you. With that said, your certificate should have been returned to your account within 6 business days.

Hi Tasha.

I used the rewards credit you helped me with on another set of headphones. I returned those pair on 4/7. I was told the reward credit would go back to my account within a week, but it's now 4/18 and it hasn't posted yet.

Thank you for reaching back out to me! I'm sorry to hear you may not be seeing your points returned to you again. This is quite peculiar giving your recent experience with the same issue. 

With that said, I see that your points were actually returned. However, a new certificate wasn't issued as your certificate preference is set at a higher value, so it wasn't until 4/10 that a $20 certificate was issued. If you have any questions, please let me know.
