I spoke to customer service about merging my RZ mastercard to my primary RZ account on 2/11/12.  I was told that both my accounts are in the process of being merged, but i wasn't told when I could expect to see the merge. I have points & a certificate on my RZ mastercard that I could not get access to due to a E14 error everytime I try activate my RZ mastercard account. 

I was wondering when I can expect the merge and am I able to keep track of my Silver Status for both accounts once it is merged?
