Help!

I purchased a smart phone (atrix 2) on November 9th and was supposed to recieve a bonus 4500 reward zone points plus the normal 500 reward zone points and have not recieved them. I called customer service on mon and they said I should recieve them by tue. It is wednesday and I still have not revcieved them. Can anyone tell me why I have not recieved my points yet?

Now I have had my call dropped 4 times on a call to costumer service. They put me on hold to check something out, and then my call is dropped.

It takes 3-5 business days for someone to get in touch with you on these forums.  If you are on the phone with CS, that will be your best bet.  They should be able to get your issue resolved.  The forums are almost a last resort for people who have tried every other avenu to resolve an issue.
