Hello, I was trying to make a purchase with my certificates, and they dissapeared. I had $65 in certificates and how they say they've been used, but I never used them as the order never went through! Can you help me with this?

It sounds like you may have encountered a "glitch" that like to rear its ugly head every now and again. The glitch has likely left our system believing the certificates have been redeemed when in reality they have not because an order was not submitted successfully. That will prevent the certificates point values from automatically reposting to your account within any specified time frame, which means I might need to intervene.
