Getting my RewardZone points

I've had a reward zone card for quite a while now, and I've been using it for all of my purchases over the last 2 years or so. Just TODAY did I get something in the mail saying I'm not activated.

I've purchased a TON of items and want my points for them.

-tv ~$220

-desktop computer ~$1000

-monitor ~$200

-keyboard(s) ~$100

-speakers~$?

-webcam~$?

-laptop~$220

-dishwasher~$600

I've used my reward zone card when I've lost a receipt, so I know that you have my purchases on record.

Re: Getting my Rewarding points

Hey you think you've got issues, try this. I have spent over $1000.00 that I haven't received points for and as far as I'm concerned this program is a joke.

First when I signed up they used my cell number rather that my home phone number, as I had requested, I guess the casher knew better then me and then transposed the number he used. So within in a week of having their cheep tag on my keys as it doesn't stand up to abrasion,  I couldn't get credit at the register. Believe me when I say they don't make it easy to correct things either. So by the time I finally got things corrected the purchases I made were too late to collect the points. So , I buy my ink for the printer they sold me else where but I also guy my computer services and other electronics as far away from there as possible. Their Geek Squad almost destroyed my computer the last and final time it was in their shop but knew it had issues and didn't even notify me, why did they require my phone number? Frankly the service sucks!

Re: Getting my RewardZone points

aboswell91 - You've stated using your card when you've lost a receipt, was this to report a missing transaction in your rewardzone accouint, or to get a copy of a past receipt replaced?

When was the last time you used your card? If its been more than 1 year, its possible the thing in the mail was telling you your account has been deactivated for non-use.

Unused points under 250 expire every February. They get issued as certificates when you hit a certain amount and are good for 90 days, unless you are Silver Premier and have been banking them. Its entirely possible that those points were issued as certificates went unused by you and expired. If its been a year since you last purchased something, then the account goes inactive due to non-use.

Sounds to me like more information is needed. Unless you have been Premier Silver (spent $2500 in one year and activated the Silver card) and had been banking your points, the points from over 1 year ago have all expired.
