Your best bet is to be EXTREMELY vocal to Customer Service. I had to go through a LOT of channels to get my stolen points returned to me. (it took about 2 1/2 weeks) The more vocal we are about these changes, and the fact that they will cause Best Buy to lose customers, the more likely we *may* see some kind of changes come about. (although, seeing as Best Buy only wants to reward the people who spend over $2500 a year with them, probably not...)
But anyway... call customer service, complain on the facebook page, and be vocal here. They can't ignore the fact that this new policy has alienated a good portion of their customer base.
