Hi BB Community,
I had a BB reward certificate of $100 value, I planned to make a purchase using the reward certificate but forgot about it for a few days. Now, I panicked and realized the certificate already expired when I logged in on myBestBuy. Is there anything I can do about this? Please let me know!

Having a purchase planned out to redeem a $100 certificate would be incredibly exciting! I can imagine you were equally disappointed to find it had expired when you finally went to make your purchase.
Per our My Best Buy program terms, certificates expire after 60 days unless otherwise noted. Unfortunately, we're also generally unable to reissue them. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may cause you.
