I have been a Best Buy Rewards member for as long as I have been shopping at the store (over a decade now). Since then, I have been diligent in making sure I use my reward certificates in a timely manner as to not let them go to waste. However, recently I let a $25 certificate expire on July 22nd. Mostly, it was me being absent minded and forgetting to check the expiration date. I understand according to the terms and services it is my responsibility to manage these certifications. That said, I still feel bad I let this go to waste. Is there anything I can do to remedy the situation? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Welcome to the forum! It's good to be in the habit of checking on your points and certificates so that none go to waste. I'm sorry to hear life may have caught up with you, and your $25 certificate recently expired though.
As you seem to be aware, we are unable to reissue expired certificates, per our My Best Buy program terms. I apologize for any disappointment that this may cause you, as I imagine you probably noticed it expired when you were considering redeeming it. However, I have some other information I would like to share with you regarding your membership privately. You may check your private messages by signing into the forum, then clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.
