I dont have any other account. I sent an email about this but havent got a reply, it's has been ten days.

I got the same error when I went to report missing points: E144: This transaction has already been applied to another Reward Zone account.

I finally got a reply from BB RZ customer service and they told me that the reason for that error is because I have 2 RZ accounts, which of course I did not know because all I know is that I only have 1 account number which is on my Reward Zone card. The CS gave me the account numbers and told me that one of the account is tied to the Best Buy credit card that I am using, so what I did was looked at the back of my BB CC and to my surprise, i saw that the member ID at the back of my card is the other RZ account that I did not know of. The CS told me that they can merge all the points to one account only and told me to use the account that is tied to my BB Credit Card and they will just delete the other account. So i said to go ahead and they told me that it will take up to 10-14 days before points can be transferred to one account. Now, I am just waiting.
Do you have a BB Credit card as well? maybe this is also what happened to you.
The thing is, the cashier in the Bestbuy store where I applied for the Credit Card has no clue that the CC already comes with a RZ account, because when I got approved, she still offered me the Reward Zone Card, which caused the duplicate RZ accounts.
