I am trying to activate my account but it continues to give me E13. Can someone help me?

I am sorry that you are experiencing the similar issue as Charrin25. I will be happy to see how we can help please send me your full name, Member ID, address and phone number that were used on the account, just like Kelly-BBY instructed the previous user, via a Private Message. Do so, by selecting the option found underneath my signature.

I too am getting the same error Ive been trying to register for about 2 weeks now and the error pops up every time. any help?
