I've been trying to login all day and keep getting the error message "E02: We're sorry. Our system is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. " I reset my password and called 888-BestBuy but still can't log in.
It is possible MyRewardZone.com was going through some updates that day, which is why you encountered that error message. Have you since tried to login to your account? If so, were you successful?
