I am sorry about that, usually the coupons are sent out during the month of your birthday that reflects on your Reward Zone account. I would suggest that you check the birthday you have registered on MyRewardZone.com account, and if it’s not correct then I will be happy to forward the update.

Hey, Karina and/or Kelly and/or Kyle (hello, alliteration!), since my birthday is but weeks away and nothing has updated in my profile to restore my real June birthday to my not-sure-why fake-July birthday as listed on my profile, what do I do? Every time I do what the site says and "call 1-800-Best-Buy" they can't change the birthdate to what it's supposed to be, but I also never asked them to change it in the first place, and I definitely remember triple point certificates in June the past couple of years... This is my first birthday as a Premier Silver member, I wanted to see what special treat came

I'm hoping I can also get some assistance. So I heard from my brother in April 2011 how BB has this rewards program and on his birthday he gets a triple rewards coupon. Sounded like a great deal so I signed up in May 1st (or late April) in hopes I can get the coupon for my 5/13 birthday. I had not gotten anything since. I was going to use this to purchase a 60" LCD in May but never did because the coupon is what would make it worth the price. It fell by the wayside in June as I had gotten very busy and put my purchase off. Now in July I have been ready to purchase again and rumaging through my email, I still did not see a "maybe late birthday coupon?". I visited BB to ask about it and they said I may have not activated my account. I went to try to activate it today and it said it had already been activated. I checked my profile and my 5/13 birthdate is correct. Is there anyways I can get one of those triple rewards coupons sent to my email for a belated B-day from BB? I'd like to purchase a TV by this weekend. If this can happen, what info do you need from me?

I had a question about birthday reward, last year for my birthday i got my birthday certificates but this year i didn't get one and when i call best buy to ask them why they told me that they didn't do it anymore but the guy who i spoke to was really rude to me so i was just wondering if that true?

Wow, first I notice there was never a reply to rsanchez1967's post from 8months ago (sorry rsanchez but they would send out the coupon often during your birthday month based on a database several months old, so you signed up too late to get one last year).

As to whether they still send them out, I think they do, but I personally won't find out until the end of this year. I did receive one at the end of 2011 though.

I do know they are sent out randomly: While I did receive one last year and also in 2009, I did not get one in 2010.

The only problem I have with these RZ birthday gifts is that they've turned into promotioinal advertisements for Best Buy electronics that I never even purchase. I know the first time I received one was a $10 gift certificate and then every one I received after that were coupon offers for digital cameras, contract cellphones or whatnot. I stopped even paying attention to them, even though I read the email offers ...

I just stopped taking them seriously. You would think that Best Buy would craft the program to the kind of purchases that each customer makes instead of crafting these "advertisement promotion offers".
