If so, is it not normally sent at the start of the month of the birthday? Thank ya! I'm looking to buy a new computer and just need to know if I should wait it out, because I'm sorta in desperate need of a new system.

We certainly still send out special Birthday rewards to our Reward Zone members although I can't say for sure what the offer will be, whether it is triple points, a discount, or something else. We try to get those to arrive as close to your Birthday as possible so if it hasn't arrived yet, keep watching for it (it may also show up in your email if you redeem your certificates that way).

My birthday was March 15th and I didn't receive a birthday email. I'm registered on Reward Zone and BestBuy.com... :-(

Yeah, I didn't either. Neither did my brother and his was March 15th. Mine was March 19th. I'm a Premier Silver member going on 3 years--not getting the triple points certificate is pretty bad on Best Buy's part.

I'm sorry you both haven't received them as of yet. We mail them out the month of your birthday so they don't always arrive before the actual date of it.

My birthday was at the beginning of this month (August) and I have still yet to receive any birthday offers from the Reward Zone program with 1 day left in the month. I've been a member for several years now and have always gotten the offer timely. I was forced to make a pre-order purchase today without the birthday offer, despite my attempts to get a Reward Zone representative to give me a coupon code over the phone after verifying that I was indeed eligible for it. Very disappointed, and it'd be great if Best Buy could resolve the issue timely, or at least allow me to retroactively apply the offer to my purchase today. ![]()

I'm sorry you didn't receive your birthday coupons. You may want to make sure you have the "Send Me Reward Zone Communications" box checked on your MyRewardZone.com profile. The birthday coupon has a list of products it is valid on and I don't believe gaming products are included currently. Also, the coupon is only for in-store use, so the online preorder wouldn't have worked either.
peridot180 - I see that you connected with Tom through our email medium regarding this so I do hope that he was able to resolve the matter for you. Feel free to private message me if you have any remaining concerns.

I too haven't received mine yet. It is already Oct 29 and my birthday was Oct 8th. I also do not see the check box anywhere on the website that you speak of. Can you help me get my certificate and fix what error I have in my best buy reward zone account?
