When I first signed up on the Rewards Zone program, I would receive a 6-12% coupon off a regularly priced item nearly every month (and, at least, every quarter). The last coupon was received in mid-2008. I understand the program rewards "randomized" coupons, but it would it make sense to have a long lapse since receiving the last coupon? I spent over $1000 last year at Best Buy with purchases of a laptop, Blu-Ray player, etc. and have received a few reward zone benefits ($5 here and there), but no sign of those elusive coupons. What gives?

I received some 10% coupons for Valentine's weekend.

I did not receive any coupons for Valentine's weekend or during the month of my birthday, last year.
Somehow, my account has been excluded from the randomized coupon rewarding process.
Is a Best Buy rep able to comment on this?
