Thank you for all of your patience! I regret that you have not yet been able to find a resolution for combing your Reward Zone accounts. The process, in which we merge accounts, is to close one account and then move any unused points/certificates from the closed account to the active account.
I would like to look at your accounts in closer detail and I will need some additional information to better assist you.
