Hi -
I have a Droid 2 and cannot sign into the app to get my RZ certificates.
I keep getting an error message telling me my info is incorrect but I've confirmed that the user name and PW are correct.
Thoughts?

I believe the mobile phone apps are also being affected by the site being down currently so you be able to access your account again soon when everything is back up and running properly.

By the way, apparently the 5/10/2011 update to the Best Buy app fixed Thunderbolt problems. App works very well now, no force-close, etc. ![]()

Thought this might have been a workaround for the my continuing E02 problems with the website, but the app authorizes and then says "Unable to load Reward Zone points. Please try again later" Why are my points being held hostage?!?!
