I recently cancelled an order where I used two certificates I received in the mail. The order was cancelled on the 26th of March, and I haven't yet received those certificates back. Can support assist? Thank you.

Having cancelled an order on 3/26/17 you redeemed a couple of certificates on, you should have been seeing the certificates back on your end no later than Monday! I apologize for any disappointment the delay in the return of your certificates may have caused you.
