Yesterday I checked my account, and saw this
09/11/2009 Issued Certs.
$10 Reward Zone Certificate N/A N/A -500.00
I did not request this $10 Reward Certificate to be printed, and I know noone has my password. I have since changed it to something new anyway. But is there anyway this certificate can be voided and a new one issued?

Do you have it set to automatically mail you certs once you reach a certain amount of points? For immediate assistance, contact 1-888-BestBuy.

Actually no I checked that. I usually always get an e-mail telling me a certificate is ready, and then I can go online and print it.
I receive no e-mail this time either, which is weird.
I have e-mailed Customer Service.
