My account indicates a $25 was issued in June, 2017. While in my account, the current total says that I have $0 in certificates available. I was not aware a certificate was issued or why it is not in the account at this time.

Hello domagalaj -
Welcome to the forum! Logging into your account to see a certificate was issued, but not seeing it available to use would be incredibly frustrating. I'm sorry this may have been your experience.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your membership to review. As a My Best Buy core member, you do not have the ability to bank points, so certificates will be automatically issued once youv'e surpassed your certificate preference. While points don't expire on active accounts, certificates unfortunately do, generally after 60 days. For more information on this, please feel welcome to review the My Best Buy program terms.
Upon reviewing your account, it appears your certificate expired. I apologize if you were unaware of this, and for any disappointment that this may cause you. Please also know that we are typically unable to reissue certificates. With that said, I have some additional information regarding your account that I would like to share with you. I am sending you a private message which you may view by signing into the forum then clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.
