I called you about this problem months ago. You assured me you would fix the issue and link my accounts together by the rep I spoke with. This never happened apparently. I made a lot of purchases before Christmas and nothing showed up as getting rewards. I tried to link my accounts together again, and its still giving me the error saying some information doesnt match. I sent you an email before Christmas asking whats going on, and you STILL havent replied to this or fixed the issue. Im about ready to give up shopping at Best Buy permantly if you dont care enough to contact your customers back and fix a problem on your end.

Still, you people ignore me. I cant get through by email since you ignore those. I end up wait ridiculous times on hold on the phone trying to get through before being hung up on, and you cant even reply here to help me?
