I have verified online and with customer service via phone that my addresses and phone numbers match up. However, I am still unable to link the accounts. What other options do I have?

Best Buy doesnt give a crap about its customers. Ive been trying for months to get this resolved and I never get any replies. Screw Best Buy

Well I was able to get it fixed, I just called again and got an actual helpful person. He was able to link the accounts and everything is good to go now. Not sure why the first person was totally unable/unwilling to help me yesterday.
