Last week I canceled an order on which I used 2 reward zone certificates, but I have not gotten those points credited back to my RZ account. Neither in-store or email customer service has produced any sort of meaningful response (either "those should be there within the next 24 hours" or "wait 7 - 10 days and let us know").
What other options do I have for getting this resolved?

I canceled the order this past Thursday so I'm still within range of the 3 - 5 business days.
Guess we'll see what happens in a couple days.
