I pre-ordered an Asus Transformer Prime and the keyboard dock on 12/2 using a $70 RZ certificate and ended up canceling the order on 12/4 after I heard they would be delayed. I'm still waiting for my point/certificate refund! The email involving the canceled order stated the refund should only take 3-5 days. Can someone help me get my points back?

Don't count on it man. I canceled my order on 12/9 and have emailed them 3 times but have received no response from the customer service team or whoever. It's just been a horrible experience and no one on here seems like they can help either.

I have the same problem as well. I used about $30 worth of RZ Certs for a Pre order but unfortunately had to cancel, also stated it should take about 3-5 days for points. Sent a few emails to support about the refund of points, nothing so far and its been about 3 weeks.
