This seems the only place I can find to actually complain about Best Buy's Customer Service. I have been trying for over a month to be able to log into my Reward Zone account with no success. When I call the support center I get the same response "We will put in a case and it will take 7-10 working days to fix the problem". I have done this 4 times. After the waiting period I receive and e-mail telling me log on to my account following their procedure (which I do). It never works, but I have to wait another 7-10 days so they can send me the same %$#%$%$ e-mail. I thought Best Buy was a high tech store, but if they can't fix a problem this simple, how can I trust the information they give me on anything else?
