I purchased a laptop about a week ago at the store. I chose to sign up for 0% interest best buy card to pay it off monthly. They told me to check my email to sign in and pay.
I have an email asking me to log in. It looks like this:

I get an error when trying to create the account and it doesnt tell me what is wrong. I checked to see if I have another account but it says I don't.
I don't want to get any late fees please help.
