Help is appreciated. Thanks to those who respond.
At the time of purchase we forgot to scan the RZ card, and I thought I could just add it on through the site. Apparently you can't do it anymore. Error is:
E141: Total $ Amount entered does not match our records. Please verify receipt total is correct.
Happened with both taxed and untaxed amounts. All paid with a CC. I will wait with anticipation for the response.

I am sorry that you are not able to get your Reward Zone points posted on the website, please send me a private message with Your Customer Service Pin Number, that is located at the bottom of the receipt, and I will be happy to look into it for you.
