Can't access my reward zone account

I've been trying for over a month to access my reward zone account.  When I call the phone number for customer service I spend more time on hold than I do talking to someone.  They keep making empty promises.  I don't think they have any idea what they're doing.

 

This started with my information not coming up in the computer when I was making a purchase in the store.  So the employee gave me a new rewards zone account.  Ever since then I've been told I can't activate my new account because someone else is using my email address.  Turns out my old account was still in the computer, and it's supposed to have been deleted, but I still can't access my rewards account even though I get emails saying the changes have been made.

 

What's the point is shopping where I can get rewards when the store has me set up so that I can never use the rewards!

 

Best Buy stinks!!!
