Hey Best Buy, I was stoked that you guys sent me a "birthday gift" discount coupon, but now I've lost it.  Is there any way to print that coupon online, like you can re-print our award certificates?  I can't find it anywhere.  THIS IS KILLIN' ME!

i can't find an email anywhere with this info?  do you know the subject line? when is it usually delivered, like a month in advance?  it's probably gone.

That is the only way you get it in the first place. They don't mail them, they only email them.
