This is the second time I have posted on this forum as my first message was deleted (apparnetly I was swearing.. yet there were no swear works in my message). I'll be taking snapshots of this post and forwarding it to Best Buy's corporate office in the event its deleted again, as this concern is real, and by deleting the post and not responding to it, I take it as a lack of concern for the customer or the services Best Buy provides.
I've spent over $5K with Best Buy this year, That would suggest that at an Elite+ level you would expect a level of customer service. Not that you should get better customer service the more money you spend by any means. I spent $20 at Apple last week and their customer service was exemplary, but it always is.
I was recently waiting for some points to post to my Best Buy account, and noticed that they had been pending for the alloted amount of time. When they posted, no rewards points posted to my account.I called Best Buy that day to ask about the missing points, and was informed that the points posted weeks ago.. strange as the points had been pending till the day prior. I asked for my account to be audited by Tai, the rep I had been speaking with. He was reluctant to do so, but told me if I insisted he would do it and get back to me in a few days.. never heard from him again. I had to waste more time calling again today, only to find out that Tai hadn't even been working the days he suggested he would get back to me.
Seems customer service is too hard to come by at Best Buy.

not sure why this was moved to rewards points as the bigger issue here is the terrible customer service. Yes, the fact that I haven't gotten the points I've spent is definately something I'll be following up with. But the absolutely terrible customer service that has gone along with this is actually my bigger concern.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us! I'm truly sorry to hear you had some points stuck in a pending status. There was a known issue causing posted transactions to continue to have the associated points reflect as pending. However, a fix was rolled out, and it appears this fix has hit your account, as I see the only pending points you should have right now are for purchases that haven't had up to 20 days to post.
With that said, I'm truly sorry if you didn't receive any promised follow ups after you contacted our phone support and spoke with Ty. It is my understanding that he should be reaching out to you in the next day or two. If you should have any other concerns or questions, please let me know.
