Do you know who I would contact if I want to speak with someone regarding by HSBC Credit Card. I thought I had made a payment in advance when I was out of the country, however, the payment did not go through and I didn't receive a missed payment email because my college email account was deleted in the last month since I graduated. I received a notice in the mail that I would not have to pay the interest (after paying 0% interest prior to not having the payment go through) andI cannot afford the 25% interest on the computer I purchased with the card and need help. Thank you.

Additionally, while Best Buy® does not have direct access to or influence over HSBC’s records, policies or procedures, I would be happy to look into this further for you to see if I can be of any help.
