This is also coming up for me when I try issuing a $15 certificate it says Best Buy Reward Zone unable to issue certificates (error code E70).  Please fix this immediately as my points expire next month and there is a game I really want to use it on that won't be around at Best Buy much longer.  Thank You.

I am having the same issue of the E70 error and would like to redeem my certificate,

Calling Best Buy Reward Zone  customer service just gave me the round around. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I too am recieving the E70 error (been this way since noon CST Sunday 1/29) - trying to issue a $45 cert to make a fairly large purchase. BB is going to lose this sale if this is not corrected VERY soon......

Just checked my balance and it shows the points being deducted but no coupon code.....quality system here BB...quality system

I had 500 points in my account that I earned from Path to excellence and when I went to print the $10 coupon, it said "E70: We are temporarily unable to issue certificates"

I logged out of my account and logged back in and all the points are gone. If I try to redeem the code again, it says "

Claim Code has already been Redeemed." 

Where are my points and certificates?

ME EITHER I JUST GOT BACK FROM VEGAS AND I CANT PRINT MY CERTIFICATES IT BETTER NOT START WORKING WHEN THEY ERASE FOR THE YEARS PURCHASES IF IT DOES IM NOT SHOPPING @ BESTBUY ANYMORE

This is the 5th or 6th call i've had to make to get a $25, yes twenty-five dollar, certificate that I earned from purchases in June 2011.  First I had two accounts so they were going to merge them.  Then they merged them but never issued rewards.  Then they issued a gift card and put it in the mail for $35.  Then after not receiving my $35 certificate in the mail called again and was PROMISED he was posting them and give it 10 business days.  That was this past Thursday and still not there.  I called this morning and spoke to Daniel Alvarado, #132945.  He promised it would be done and said he would give me $30 for my troubles.  First, I earned $25, then they sent me $35 and now it's $30.  Each person states they are taking care of it and they don't.  With the amount of time and the about of frustration for $30.

IF I would have taken my purchase to TARGET and used my 5% back (automatic on my card) it would have been approximately $60 automatically credited to my account.

I'm not only frustrated, I'm embarrased about the amount of time I wasted on a $25 certificate.  Obviously, the reward zone program is a SCAM.

It will take close to a miracle to get me back into a Best Buy store to make any purchases again.  What I can buy there, I can buy somewhere else, just not as convenient.
