I tried issuing a certificate with my reward zone points today and received the following error message:
E70: We are temporarily unable to issue certificates. Please try back later.
Is anyone else having the same problem right now? Or is it an issue with my account? Thanks....

Can't even access my reward zone account, its funny how I was able to access it this evening. I guess they intentionally disable the reward zone site leading up to the midnight sale to prevent you from redeeming your reward certificates, you know how bestbuy likes to employ these type of tactics.

Same message for me too....been that way for a good two weeks now. Also, this is after I had a 3 week ordeal with customer service trying to get the points to even show up.... Nothing like still not being able to use my certificates almost 3 months after I made my purchase! Thanks BBY!

Hi Karina. I am getting the exact same error message when trying to print out the reward coupons and have been for a few days now. Any updates?

I have been getting the same E70 error for weeks now. I hae 65 dollars worth of certificates to print but have not been able to. I call the 800 number daily and get no help from anybody. They keep suggesting it is only temporary and should be fixed the next day( i have tried everyday for several weeks now and nothing new). I've been told to change browsers or change security settings on my computer but nothing happens. It's ridiculous and I am fed up with it. It has always been one issue after another ever since I opened up my best buy credit card / rewards zone card.
