I too have suffered from the "deferred interest" that I was told was a same as cash plan on a washer and dryer. I made automatic payments on time every month and had no idea they would charge me a lump sum of interest. I would have paid it off and offered to do so as soon as I saw what had happened. Due to not receiving paper statements I completely missed the communication. I will never shop at best buy again. I emailed customer service for the card and was told too bad pretty much. I feel the service was completely misrepresented. Super disappointed.
