Assistance merging 2 Reward Zone Accounts please

Hello, I have 2 Reward Zone accounts (one is a Premier Silver Account attached to a Best Buy Mastercard, and the other is just various transactions). 

I actually just learned of the Premier Silver/Mastercard account, I thought all my purchases were being put into the other account this entire time! I'm kind of frustrated that I missed out on so many $5 rewards, but I guess it was my own fault.

 

It would be outstanding to get these two  accounts merged! Both accounts have the same name and address attached to them.

 

Further information can gladly be given.

It usually takes 3-5 business days to get a response. It has been 3 business days (weekends and holidays aren't business days). So hopefully by tomorrow or Wednesday one should be along. It is really easy for them to do. They Since your MasterCard account is Silver already, it will be easy for them to simply close the other account and add the points to your MC RZ account number. They will ask for the 2 RZ account numbers by PM and it should be fairly quick.


Before posting I research everything first or use my own experiences. All my posts are not representative of Best Buy, its affiliates, subsidies, parent if any, stockholders or anything to do with Best Buy. I love Best Buy even though I work for a competitor, I do not now nor have I ever worked for Best Buy.

Hello Karina,  

 

I have two rewardzone accounts I need combined.  One was a rewardzone mastercard account that I closed and the one I have now is a bestbuy credit card account.   {removed per forum guidelines}   Also, I made a purchase for washer/dryer in December under the bestbuy credit card account {removed per forum guidelines}, but it has not reflected on the purchase history.  I've tried manually entering it, but it says it has already been applied to the account, which is still not showing.   If you could look into this, that would be much appreciated.   Thank you.
