I have contacted Best Buys customer service 2 times by phone and 9 times via e-mail over the past 2 months in an attepmt to get an issue with my reward zone fixed. When i call, they tell me that the problem should be fixed and don't understand why it hasn't. When I e-mail customer support, they dont even bother to contact me back, not once. All i have ever gotten back are those automated "thank you for your e-mail, we will get back to you within 48 hours" emails.
The issue i am having is recent purchases not showing up on my reward zone account as well as the fact that i have yet to be issued my $100 gift certificate from the gamers club "pre-order 5 select games" promotion.
Is this kind of crap normal? I understand it's the "holidays" and what not, but come on. Does BB customer service just not care? Do they ever follow up on anything? I'd love to know what kind of actions i could take, any suggestions? Anyone else out there have this much trouble getting them to follow up on a reward zone issue? This is driving me nuts.

I'm in the market for a new smartphone as well and i'm assuming the same problems are going to exist with the "buy a smartphone get a $100 certificate" promotion as well.

You're not alone juicy. I've had nothing but trouble with the reward zone, from points disappearing into thin air to getting error messages when trying to get a certificate for my points. Today I was told that it will take 7 to 10 days for the technical people to straighten out my account so that I can actually redeem my points into certs. This whole reward zone thing is one hot mess and if I ever get to redeem my $50 cert, I'll no longer be making any more purchases at BB for the purpose of building up reward zone points.
