I would like to see about getting points refunded to me.
I made my return on the 16th of November and was told the points would show up in about 5 days. A couple of weeks later I sent an email to check on the points return and did not receive a response.
I would like some help getting the points back. Thanks!

I shouldn't he to call someone - Best Buy needs to do what they say they are going to do on my return receipt. I have been working with Karina, who frequents these boards, on getting my refund and still nothing. I am done with Best Buy. It is no wonder they are in financial trouble.
