I made an online purchase with $1,400 in reward certificates for 3 items on January 19, 2012. On January 22, 2012, I called and cancelled one of the items ($800 tv) prior to it being shipped. My refund of the delivery charge was returned to me the next day, but I still have not gotten my certificates back. I have placed numerous phone calls to the Reward Zone spending over 3 hours on the phone between being placed on hold, speaking with customer service reps, and being disconnected. I can't get a straight answer from anyone including supervisors. Today though, is the icing on the cake. Upon logging into my RZ account to see if the $800 had been returned (since I was told on Friday it would be) I find out that, not only had my certificates not been returned, but the other $300 in certificates I had in there were gone. Upon speaking to a supervisor earlier, I was first told that he saw the certificates that I used for the purchase, but then he told me the investigation was ongoing because they had no record of my transactions. I am extremely upset to say the least. I am owed $1,100.00 and all I am getting is the run around.
Very unhappy with Best Buy customer service and it seems I am not the only one!
